Each lesson goes for between 2 mins and 7 mins. The courses differ, in terms of the overall number of lessons and length of the content, with 360° Fundamentals/Onboarding the longest course – duration-wise – at around 2 hours of total video content.
30 days. Even though we recommend that users complete their courses within fewer days – by the time they sit with their managers, discuss what they’ve learned, and revisit the lessons regularly, we allow them to continue to access lessons for 30 days from the commencement of their course.
Typically graduates will complete courses several times, and revisit individual lessons, that address specific pain points, or gaps in their game.
Absolutely, you can nominate a future start date when the content will become live for the user, on an enrollment-by-enrollment basis.
Users email addresses act as their unique login. Passwords are set-up at the time of purchase/enrolment and if the student forgets/misplaces their password, they have an option to reset their password from the login portal.
Regular quizzes are interspersed with video lessons, to confirm that students have watched (and digested) the content. Managers are sent updates on the progress of their team completing the lessons.
Learning content is either video based, or quiz based. Once a student has watched a video from start to finish, they can tick the "completed" box. Any quizzes that follow video lessons, require a 100% correct response rate, to be completed - hence why users shouldn't fast-forward videos (which house the answers to the quizzes). Ticking the right-hand button at the completion of each lesson, will take the user through to the next lesson/quiz in the sequence.
