Recruitment’s answer to Canggu’s wheatgrass shots

  • Marcus Lynch

Loose routines made my holiday better - and they do the same for recruiters. Zinger helps build simple, repeatable habits that drive big performance.

After a week in Canggu with the family, my vitamin D levels are back in the healthy range, I’m recharged and again focused on building the Zingerverse.

The first few days of the hols?  Chaos.  Adventure sports.  Waterslide parks.  Beach clubs.  The kids were moving like cut cats – and I was just trying to keep up.

But then… something shifted.  We found a different rhythm.  Beach walks.  Lazy brekkies.  Cards (I dominated euchre).  Pool.  A bit of exploration.  Back to the pool.  A book in the sun.  Sunset on the sand.  Dinner.  Romcom.  Sleep.

It became a loose routine – and oddly, it didn’t flatten the holiday energy.  It amplified it!

That structure gave each day more room to breathe, more time to relax, more of what we actually needed.

And it reminded me of recruitment.

The best recruiters I’ve worked with don’t wait around for lightning to strike.  They build routines – lightweight, repeatable, habit-driven structures that keep them sharp, focused, and always in motion.  They know when to be opportunistic too, but they also know that discipline beats luck over time.

That’s what Zinger delivers.

Zinger’s not some big, heavy training system.  It’s a series of short, sharp lessons that embed the kind of routines top recruiters run every day – without even thinking about it.  Small habits.  Big impact.  Easy to adopt.  Easy to repeat.

Zinger is to recruitment what wheatgrass shots are to Canggu’s digital nomads – concentrated, energising, and routine-building, helping recruiters to show up better, every day.

Have a nice day. 😊
